Astroid Blaster3D
Privacy Policy
Short version: Astroid Blaster3D does not collect any personal data and transmits nothing – neither to me nor to anyone else. There is no user account, no tracking, no advertising, and no analytics. Settings, a player name you choose yourself, and your high scores are stored on your device only.
01 Data Controller
The party responsible for this app under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
- Name
- Günter Voit
- App
- Astroid Blaster3D
- guenter.voit@gmx.net
The full postal address is listed in the Legal Notice.
02 What data is processed?
Astroid Blaster3D is a fully offline game and works without an internet connection. The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera, and it does not transmit any data over the internet.
On your device, the app stores the following using Apple's local storage mechanism, UserDefaults:
- game settings – e.g. sound, music, difficulty, gameplay hints,
- a player name, if you choose to enter one (a nickname is fine),
- your high scores – points together with the player name.
This data:
- never leaves your device and is never shared with me or any third party,
- may be included in your own device backup (iCloud Backup or a backup via your Mac/PC) – which you control in your device settings,
- is deleted when you uninstall the app.
03 No Third-Party Services
The app does not include any third-party software for data collection. Specifically, it does not use:
- Analytics or tracking services (e.g. Firebase Analytics)
- Advertising networks
- Game Center, cloud saves, or online leaderboards
- Social media integrations or sign-in providers
- In-app purchases or payment services
04 No User Account
Astroid Blaster3D requires no registration, no account, and no sign-in. You can start playing right after installing it. Entering a player name for the high score list is optional.
05 Children's Privacy
Because the app neither collects nor transmits any data, this applies regardless of the player's age – no personal data of children is passed on to me or anyone else either.
06 Your Rights
I do not hold any data about you, so requests for access, correction, or deletion under Art. 15–17 GDPR have nothing to act on. The data stored locally (player name, high scores, settings) is in your own hands: you can change the name in the app at any time and remove everything by deleting the app. If you have any questions about privacy, you're welcome to reach me at the email address above.
07 Changes to this Policy
Should the app's data handling ever change (for example, through a future update adding online leaderboards), this page will be updated accordingly and the date above revised.
